Rental terms & care guidelines
- Rental rates cover a three-day window (from pick up to drop off)
- Additional days, late returns, and special handling or alterations may incur extra fees.
- Not to worry, you do not need to wash the outfit — leave it to us.
- For special requests or date extension, you can always reach out to us at least 24hrs before
- Refundable deposits are collected at checkout.
- Alterations are not permitted on rental pieces. Damages attracts extra fees.
- We recommend booking fittings/pick up at least 3–7 days before your event.
